A Legacy Built Since 1980

1980

Founded by Mr. Liew Yu Kim and Mr. Lim Pin Hoo as Yew Seng Stationery Trading Company, operating from a shophouse in Taman Sri Tebrau.

1988

"Purchased the founding shophouse - a key milestone of financial stability and growth…" cementing our commitment to Johor Bahru's business community.

1989

Officially incorporated as JB Yew Seng Stationery Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No.: 186993-P) under the Companies Act 1965.

1990

Entered wholesale stationery, becoming an authorized representative of leading international stationery manufacturers.

1992

Expanded into our current headquarters at No. 118 & 120, Jalan Seroja 39, Taman Johor Jaya — supporting quality checking, packing, and large-scale storage.

1993-Present

Actively engaging with oil and gas industry companies for their final documentation stationery needs.

1995-Present

Became the official registered vendor for Johor Port (Pasir Gudang), Tanjung Langsat Port, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) and MHB, providing comprehensive stationery and office solutions to port authorities and their on-site commercial customers.

2015-Present

Involved in Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex (PIPC) and Pengerang Terminals, supplying all office supplies and custom-made items for various main contractors, subcontractors, and terminal operators of Petronas.

Mr. Shing and Mr. Gue lead a team covering office supplies, wholesale, tenders, and special customisation orders for all client segments.

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS

Mr. Peter and Mr. Chen manage logistics with 12 drivers, 6 packers, and 2 storekeepers ensuring seamless fulfilment across all orders.

PURCHASING AND ADMINISTRATION

Ms. Chin handles procurement and stock management, while Ms. Tang manages the team, PO processing, and customer operations.
